The Caravan
Sleeps 2 friends (one queen and 1 twin futon). Has shower, composting toilet & kitchen
The Cabin
Sleeps 5 (2 queens & 3 twin mattresses in the loft). Off-grid, accessed by a 10 minute hike.
The Casita
Sleeps 1 (1 queen bed), kitchenette, shared bathroom with shower.

- 4 hours of coaching with a professional CANSI Level 2 coach and NCCP T2T

- Participation in our monthly ‘Soul Session’ on Friday night, featuring mellow yoga & guided group hypnotherapy
- Morning yoga on Saturday and Sunday
- Evening yoga on Saturday with Sound healing

- Cross-country skis. You must bring your own or rent. Classic skis only (no skate skis or backcountry skis). fish scales, skin skis or waxable are all welcome

Retreat schedule
Friday:
1-2pm Arrive and get settled into your accommodations.
2:30 -3:30 Meet in yurt for tea, introductions and opening gathering.
4-5 Light Dinner
5-6 Rest and Relax
6-9** Evening gentle Yoga with Chevayo and Hypnotherapy with special guest Ryan Barron -In this group hypnotherapy session, guided by Ryan Barron, Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) from Thriving with Ryan, we’ll embark on a journey of deep self-love, healing, and empowerment.
**This evening session will have other participants, as it is one of our monthly ‘Soul Sessions’
Saturday:
8-9am Morning yoga
9-10 Breakfast break( you provide) and prepare clothing etc. for skiing.
10 ready to go!
10:30 Ski Coaching with Mat Treps
12:30 Lunch break in the warm hut
1:30-3 beautiful forest loop ski with coaching tips and a hot cacao break in the cozy cabin.
3:30-6 free time and warm up back at the Retreat Center
4-6 Sauna will be available
6:30-7:00 Dinner
7:30-9pm mellow evening yoga and sound bath with Crystal Bowls, Gong and tuning forks.
Sunday:
8-9 morning Yoga
9-10 (free time to prepare and eat breakfast)
10:00 be ready to leave for ski
10:30- 12 beautiful ski with Johanna and Chevayo
12:00- 1:00 Lunch Break in warming hut
1:00-2:30 afternoon ski
3pm Back at Retreat Center
3:30-4pm snacks tea and closing circle gathering.

The Facilitators
Chevayo Roddick
Chevayo has 200 Hatha Heart RYT , 200 RYT Vinyasa Yoga and continuing education in Anusara yoga alignment and Trauma informed yoga. She is a certified Sound Healer and Wilderness first aid attendant. She teaches regular yoga classes and co-facilitates reteats with Johanna.
Johanna Mickle
Johanna is a certified natural chef, outdoor enthusiast, hiking guide and retreat leader. With over three years of experience co-facilitating transformative retreats with Chevayo at For-rest Retreat, she is deeply committed to helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom. Johanna excels at co-creating powerful spaces where people can explore their authentic selves, find clarity, and experience personal growth. Her unique blend of outdoor leadership and nurturing facilitation makes her an inspiring guide for anyone seeking to reconnect with nature and their own potential.
Matt Trépanier
Matt Trépanier is a CANSI Level 2 and NCCP T2T certified coach who has been skiing for over 20 years. With a focus on helping skiers of all experience levels improve technique and confidence, Matt creates a fun, supportive learning environment. His passion for the sport shines through in every session, whether you’re refining your skills or starting out on the trails!
