The Stars Within – Women’s Heart Medicine Retreat
October 16–18, 2026
For-Rest Retreat
$600 earlybird until Aug. 30
$750 after Aug. 30
For-rest Retreat is located in Salmo, BC. Thirty minutes South of Nelson.
In ancient wisdom, we understand we are connected to the wind, earth, stones, rivers, and stars—that all life is singing through us.
You are warmly invited to join this women’s retreat and re-enter the cosmic map of your own remembrance. Immerse yourself in the feminine mysteries, holistic embodiment practices, and sacred ceremony as a pathway toward fulfillment, wellness, and authenticity.
Through the living constellation of your body temple, we gather in devotion to the sacred feminine—invoking vision, presence, and the many forms of the goddess within. You will be invited to reconnect with ancestral feminine traditions as we co-create a potent altar to anchor our shared ceremony and transformational journey.
Together, we explore ancestry, grace, laughter, ritual, grief, and the power of love (Munay). Guided by Andean cosmology, we meet the Chaska Runa (Star Beings) within and around us—revealing pathways home and igniting the beauty and miracle of life.
Practices may include:
- Breathwork activation with hummingbird
- Star ancestry ritual remembering
- Somatic techniques for rest, receptivity & recalibration
- Shamanic and animistic wisdom teachings
- Body and Earth renewal movement.
- Heart-centered breathwork
- Nervous system softening
- Earth and forest reverence practice
- Despacho earth offering
- Voice alchemy
- Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing
- Gentle yoga flow
At the heart of our retreat is a Hummingbird Heart Medicine Ceremony with San Pedro (Wachuma)—a gentle yet powerful plant teacher that opens the heart with courage, joy, and deep remembering. Through this sacred space, we weave, breathe, dance, and sing—awakening creative expression and aligning with our highest path of healing.
There will be spacious time to rest and restore in the beauty of the land, with offerings such as forest walks, gentle yoga, sound healing, shamanic journeying, and evenings by the sacred fire.
This intimate retreat is a space to reconnect, soften, and return to the truth of who you are—held in the company of wise and kindred women.

Meet the Medicine
Hummingbird Heart Medicine is the plant of self realization and heart harmony and healing. This Master plant invites us to awaken our conciousness. This benevolent plant Ally is here to help us evolve both personally and collectively. San Pedro is the medicine of Love, the medicine of our hearts that invites us to always seek out the sweetest nectar, just as the hummingbird does.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for, as prophesied in the Hopi prophecy.
Huachuma is here to support our intergenerational healing in the most beautiful and gentle way possible. The sacred master plants are conscious intelligent beings here to support all of humanity. These ancestral medicines have the best medicine for us to heal our hearts, bodies, minds, and spirits.
