A time to honor the beauty we are, create beauty together, embrace the nurturing feeling of authentic sister connection and find balance in these wobbly times – Together.
Held on a beautiful land & yurt at For-rest Retreat with a sauna, zen garden and earth portals – 30 min. from Nelson in Salmo.
We will spiral into the depths of the truth that lives within the womb – her pain, loss, shame, fear, contraction AND expansion, beauty, pleasure, creativity, sacredness and intelligence.
Compassionate somatic listening with other women by your side, hand by hand – we walk this together! It is far too much to hold on our own.
Whether its our pain, our mothers pain, our ancestors, abusers, those that disrespected or didn’t listen – it is all imprinted within the womb and can all be held, felt and alchemized in the circle of healing, somatics, sound and movement.
