The Kootenays

Salmo

Salmo is a small yet vibrant community known for its stunning natural beauty and friendly atmosphere. Situated along the Salmo River and surrounded by majestic mountains, Salmo offers outdoor enthusiasts an abundance of recreational opportunities, including hiking, fishing, and camping in the nearby wilderness areas. With its welcoming spirit and breathtaking surroundings, Salmo embodies the laid-back essence of mountain living in British Columbia.

Camping

We have one official campsite with a picnic table, outhouse and fire pit, but there is plenty of space for multiple camping units in our field and around the property.

The Yurt

Our yurt is used for yoga classes, workshops, live music, date nights, dance class, women’s circles, retreats and much more!
The 30′ space can accommodate about 16 people comfortably, but we have had many yoga classes with 20+ people.

The yurt is heated with a wood stove in the cooler months and is centrally located on the property.

$1100 Canadian plus 5% GST

Booking and Cancellation Policy

*We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold the space for your retreat. This deposit can be transferred to another date up to 60 days before the start date of the retreat. If you re-schedule, it can only be one time and has to be within a year of the cancellation date.
The remaining 80% is due 60 days before the event. There are no refunds within 60 days of the event.
